What versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM do you support?

We specialize primarily in the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online versions (v9.2+ and Dataverse). However, for enterprise data migration and upgrades, we regularly support on-premise environments running Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016, migrating their schemas, historical data, and custom logic safely to the cloud.

How do your Amazon Connect and Genesys extensions integrate with Dynamics 365?

Our extensions are packaged as Microsoft Dynamics 365 managed solutions that leverage the Microsoft Channel Integration Framework (CIF v1 & v2). They embed the telephony client (Amazon Connect CCP or Genesys Embedded Client) directly into the CRM browser window. This enables sub-second caller screen pops, click-to-dial from CRM phone attributes, and automated phone call activity logging with recording links.

What engagement models do you offer?

We provide two flexible models: (1) Fixed-scope technical deliverables with clearly defined milestones, deliverables, and budgets (ideal for PCF controls, CTI setups, and migrations); and (2) Dedicated technical consultant augmentation on monthly agreements, where senior D365/Power Platform engineers integrate directly into your sprint boards.

Can you help troubleshoot plugin execution timeouts or sandbox errors?

Yes. We provide code profiling and audit services to diagnose 2-minute sandbox timeouts, infinite loop recursion, unindexed query execution plans, and memory issues. We refactor synchronous operations to asynchronous or serverless Azure Functions where appropriate.

How does Azure AI Document Intelligence connect to Dynamics 365?

When documents (invoices, receipts, identity proofs) are uploaded to SharePoint, Azure Blob Storage, or via a Power Pages portal, an Azure Function or Power Automate flow sends the payload to Azure AI Document Intelligence. Extracted fields (vendor names, invoice amounts, line items, tax IDs) are returned as structured JSON and automatically written into matching Dataverse tables.
